The Scientific Research Network on Decision Neuroscience & Aging (SRNDNA) will be sponsoring a one-day workshop on computational modeling of decision making on July 27 at the University of Pennsylvania, before the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference. The workshop will focus on reinforcement learning and drift diffusion modeling techniques, with application to aging populations.
Participants will enjoy theoretical lectures and hands-on tutorials by Krishna Bera, Alana Jaskir, Angela Radulescu, Gregory Samanez-Larkin, Robert Wilson, and Debbie Yee.
Everyone who is interested is encouraged to apply! No programming or modeling experience required. Deadline to apply is April 1, 2024.
Admittance to the workshop includes free attendance. Applications will be considered separately for travel and housing assistance (arrangements made by SRNDNA). Funding decisions will be based on need, with a prioritization of junior researchers (grad students, postdocs).
